way past acceptable, straight into pissed off
i don't know if anyone cares, but in case anyone was wondering my camera has not yet been fixed, and its been out for repair with Best Buy for 9 weeks.
YES, I SAID 9 WEEKS. 9 FRIGGIN WEEKS. 9 WEEKS WHICH INCLUDED REUNION PARTIES (PICTURES 0), BIRTHDAY PARTIES (PICTURES 0), BABY SHOWERS (PICTURES 0), AND OH YEAH, A WEDDING (PICTURES TAKEN WITH ANOTHER CAMERA, BUT STILL).
so, yeah, i will never be buying anything from best buy again. i have called them 3 times asking about it. noone was able to say anything except that they'd have someone call me back within a day (they called the next day), and within the week (still waiting).
just to point out, i will now be spending my money elsewhere. in the past i have bought a LOT of stuff from them. no more, i'm taking it somewhere that they will appreciate all my money and will actually give some concern about getting something fixed, or, at the very least, calling me back.
