just a post about how things are always greener somewhere else. consider this: i've been working since i got back to toronto. and mostly, i worked evening. i had one day off in the week, monday evening, and obviously weekends. tues-friday i was at work till 9pm, so, i didn't have time to go out. naturally, i complained about how i don't have time to go out with friends, and how life sucks, blah blah blah. now, come two years later, i'm working a 'real' job, meaning no more evenings (for now), and i'm done at 5pm. here's the problem with that. before i was nagging that i have to time, now, i realize, that i have the time, but not enough friends to go around. i mean, yes, i have friends, but most of my friends are out of town, and those that are in toronto, well, have jobs or family etc etc. and so i'm at home, with the time to spare (well, not this week), and still, with no life. hmmm, i guess i didn't have the time to think that thru.
